What Version Do You Have?

In any application, you can quickly learn what version you are working with by following these steps:

1. Open the application.
2. Click the Help menu on the Menu Bar.
   
3. Choose About [Name of the Application].  The name in square brackets will be the name of the application you opened.
   
   
4. An information window will open that states the name of the application and the version of the software at the top of the window.  The following screen capture shows that the application name is Microsoft Word and the version is 2003.
