To repeat the last command your performed in
Word, press F4.

Navigate to the last edit made in the document
by pressing Shift + F5.

To underline words only, not spaces, press Ctrl
+ Shift + W.

To keep dates and names from breaking at the end
of a line, replace your spaces with a "nonbreaking" space by
pressing Ctrl + Shift + Spacebar.

Remove paragraph formatting by pressing Ctrl +
Q.

Remove character formatting by pressing Ctrl +
Spacebar.

Hide text in a document so that it does not
print, by pressing Ctrl + Shift + H.

Press the Shift key before clicking the File
menu and the Save and Close commands will now read Save All and
Close All.

Copy formatting by selecting the text and
pressing Ctrl + Shift + C.

Paste formatting by selecting the text and
pressing Ctrl + Shift + V.

Press Shift + F1 to open the Reveal Formatting
task pane.

Press Shift + F3 to quickly toggle the text case
between upper, lower and title cases.

Increase the font size of your text by one point
size by pressing Ctrl + ].

Decrease the font size of your text by one point
size by pressing Ctrl + [.

To view the path for the current, right-click on
a toolbar and choose Web. The Web toolbar will appear
under the Formatting toolbar.
