Press Ctrl + Shift + D to duplicate a slide.

To draw or resize an object proportionally, hold
down the Shift key and drag a corner resizing handle.

To "blackout" the screen while running a slide
show, press the letter "B". To make the screen white,
press the letter "W". Press each letter a second
time to resume the slide show.

You can "nudge" an object or text box by
pressing the arrow keys on your keyboard.

To duplicate an object, press Ctrl + D.

To create a new slide, press Ctrl + M.

Press F1 during a slide show to see a list of
keyboard commands that can be used while running a slide show.

Press Alt + S to send the current presentation
as an email message.

To select all text in the presentation, press
Ctrl + A while on the Outline tab.

To show or hide the grid, press Shift + F9.

To show or hide the guides, press Alt + F9.

To change the guide or grid settings, press Ctrl
+ G.

On the Outline tab, press TAB to promote a
paragraph. Press Shit + TAB to demote a paragraph.

To apply a Design Template to only the selected
slides, right-click a Design Template in the Slide Design task
pane and choose Apply to Selected Slides.

To create a Summary slide (Table of Contents)
for your presentation, select the slides you want to include in
the summary slide, press Alt + Shift + S.
